CHILDREN UNDER 42 INCHES TALL MUST BE IN SWIMMER DIAPERS TO ENTER THE POOL! This is strictly enforced. “Swimmers” are available for purchase, please ask your server or bartender.

*** If your child has an accident, there will be a $350.00 Service Charge for shocking the pool. As per Florida Law we must close the pool for 24 hours due to potential health risk.

This is financially devastating to our business & our employees, also a great disappointment to our other visitors
